Cookie has been with us since she was a weanling
so it's with great reluctance that we offer her for sale. She
is a 13 yr old black and white DNA confirmed homozygous tobiano.
This mare will always produces spotted foals. She's a stout
14.3 hands with gorgeous mane and tail. She was shown successfully
in halter classes before becoming a broodmare. Cookie is extremely
smart and the alpha mare in her herd. She's sweet and very people
friendly, although she can have a mind of her own at times.
Cookie is double registered TWHBEA and SSHBEA. Very easy keeper.
UPDATE: Cookie has been
checked in foal to I'm Dunbelievable -- Deer Creek Walker's
very rare grullo (dun) stallion. There are very few dun horses
in the walking horse breed and this is an exciting opportunity.
This foal will be spotted and will either be dun and white or
black and white, and is due late April 2010.
UPDATE 2: Now that Cookie is
so close to foaling we are temporarily taking her off the market
until after she foals. With a little luck we will have our webcam
up and working again so everyone can tune in to watch Cookie
when she nears foaling.

Angel is a very sweet people loving mare. She
is 8 yrs old, 14.3 hands, and has been used as a broodmare. She
is extremely calm and easy to handle -- she just goes with the
flow. She's on the lower end of the pecking order and seems perfectly
content to stay there. She has not been started undersaddle, but
should be very easy to start. She would love nothing more than
to be someone's companion. She's always the first one at the gate
to greet visitors. Leads, loads, ties, clips, etc.....she will
do whatever is asked of her.
It's only because we are cutting way back on our breeding program
that we are offering Angel for sale. Angel is currently open,
but can be bred to either Pushin Gold or The Cookie Bandit for
half the usual stud fee. Price: $700 |

upright neck, full body, nice square gait, and a pretty head to
finish her off. She is open but can be bred to any of our stallions.

| Goldie is a 6 yr old, 14.3 hand
Gold Champagne mare. Goldie has not been started undersaddle,
but is extremely sweet and easy to handle. I can't say enough
about how sweet this mare is...she's a real sweetheart. I believe
once started undersaddle she will make an excellent child prospect.
She's had two foals, both gold champagnes (See Pushin Champagne
Desires below). Goldie is currently open, but could be bred
to any of our stallions for half the usual stud fee.
SOLD -- SOLD--SOLD -- Congratulations Polly

Gen is a 10 yr old, 15 hand
chestnut mare. Gen has been a very consistent producer for us,
giving us some of our best foals over the years. The gold champagnes
and palominos she has produced for us have all been a deep dark
golden color. The above foal seen in this picture is a double
dilute gold cream champagne filly. Generator's Golden Aurora
seen below for sale is another of Gen's foals. She gets in foal
easy and foals out easily. Gen is easy to handle, but is not
an in-your-pocket type of horse. She's aloof and minds her own
business. She can be difficult to catch at times so we keep
a halter on her. All it takes is a handful of grain and she's
very easy to catch -- she loves her food :) Gen is an easy keeper.
Gen is currently open, but can be bred to any of our stallions
for half the usual stud fee. Price: $700

Signey is a special mare that will require just
the right home. Signey is lame due to an accident when she was
3 months old. She doesn't limp and gets around fine on her rear
lame leg, but in time she will probably develop arthritis and
could have special needs at that time. For now she's still young
and running out there with the best of them. Signey is a 14.3
hand liver chestnut with silver flaxen mane and tail. She has
enough mane and tail for three horses -- it's very long and thick,
thick, thick. She has had three fillies for us; one gold champagne
and two liver chestnuts with flaxen mane and tails. ALL her foals
have been gorgeous with a solid square going gait. Signey needs
an owner who realizes and is willing to give her the special care
she may come to need as she ages. Signey is sweet, loving, and
easy to handle. She will do whatever is asked of her. Signey is
currently open.
An adoption is now pending on Signey. |
